Verde is a digital marketing agency and consultancy business founded by Joe Hale, a digital professional with 12 years experience in digital marketing, primarily in digital marketing agencies.
About the founder, Joe
Hi, I am Joe Hale, and the culmination of my career in digital thus far has resulted in the creation of Verde.
My background is predominantly from digital marketing agencies, however at the back-end of 2022 I transitioned from agency-life to freelancing and consulting, allowing for greater freedom in taking in passion projects as well as being able to focus more specifically on the industries that my background and passions align with – fashion, sports and luxury.
I have specialist experience in SEO, from technical SEO audits to on-page optimisations, content strategy and creation to building your brand through Digital PR, a large portion of my background has been working on and leading SEO efforts for a variety of brands.
How we got here
A brief look into how Verde was formed
Early days
Starting in the industry at a large marketing agency, I worked my way up across 8 years working with household name brands.
Luxury focus
I then went on to lead the largest team at the UK’s leading luxury marketing agency, working on global campaigns.
Freelance & formation
Trying my hand at freelance after a career break, I decided to expand and form Verde in August.
Today
In Verde’s first full year, we are already working with some incredible names & generating revenue – join us today!

Having run large teams and digital marketing efforts for multi-million dollar companies, creating Verde was the next natural step in delivering better digital marketing solutions for businesses.
